The very title is one of them, Starfighters being a big part of mostStar Warsmovies.

Rogue Squadronwas announced back in December 2020, during the Lucasfilm presentation onDisney Investors' Day.
Now, again, we don’t know for certain whatStarfighteris about, but there are signs.
What Happened to Rogue Squadron?
The last news we ever had about Rogue Squadron came from Patty Jenkins herself inMarch 2024.
As a result,Jenkins was back to working on a script forRogue Squadron.
As it stands, though,Rogue Squadronhas been out of Lucasfilm’s slate of upcoming releases sinceSeptember 2022.
It seems to still be in development, but we’d really love to see it someday.
It’s a big galaxy, after all.
