Even though Poindexter is a skilled marksman,he was an FBI agent inDaredevilSeason 3.

The other inmates surely wouldn’t take too kindly to someone who is former law enforcement.

This isnt the only comparison between Daredevil and Bullseye.

It’s a classic callback to howred and blue are opposing colors, traditionally representing good vs. evil.

Daredevil and Bullseye are connected, whether they like it or not.
