That’s a microcosm of the entirety of Count Orlok.
His decayed flesh alludes to weakness, but that’s not all of it.
Bill Skarsgard is not just a man letting the makeup tell the story of the character.
Orlok might be fragile, buthe also has superhuman strength and can strike like a cat in any second.
No mere mortal can best him.
Just because he speaks slowly doesn’t mean he can’t attack before you see it coming.
