It’s been four years since Netflix canceled the live-action adaptation ofCowboy Bebop.
Upon release, it ranked 6th inNetflix’s Top 10 chartsand stayed there for three weeks.
During a recent interview, the Faye Valentine actress shared her thoughts on the show’s cancellation.

She believes that studios should do a better job at “valuing IP.”
Regardless, she wished the show had a second season to “prove itself.”
It’s really special.
And I also wish that we could have gotten the second season.
Season 1 ofCowboy Bebop, which had 10 episodes, was released on Netflix on November 19, 2021.
Unfortunately, theshow was canceled three weeks after its releasedue to poor audience reception and reviews.
