Theres a need here to have approximately one hour spent on each act of the story.
The film is exceptionally long, running for over three hours.

And, like a good manyAndrei Tarkovskyfilms,Andrei Rublevisnt too interested in racing through the narrative at hand.
The filmmaker liked to take his time, and you do feel that here.
It makes a wise choice, as an epic, by being patient.

Some ofBraveheartis hammy and bombastic,but a lot of its also beautiful, exciting, and moving.
Its a big, broad, simple film, but it does hit the spot.
Both films succeed in being emotionally involving and continually exciting over long runtimes,satisfying as undeniably impressive blockbusters.

Emmet Walsh, and evenGene Hackman in an unusually brief appearance.
Those with the time to spare who don’t mind something patiently paced might want to checkThe Leopardout.
However,Napoleondoesn’t tell a complete life story.
