The Forbes report goes on to claim that this Batman solo movie will draw fromFrank MillersThe Dark Knight Returns.
The third issue of that comic book miniseries has Batman going up against the Joker.
Clearly this information has rumor written all over it.
But, its also hard to dismiss the information because the plan could work.
