This is the first time thatAmerican Pickershas taken a break.
However, cameras will not pick up again until January.
Wolfe opened up about the hiatus when he spoke toPEOPLE.

We haven’t done that in 15 years, so thats going to feel good, Wolfe said.
For 15 years, we have just been going and going and going.
Now thatAmerican Pickerswill be on a hiatus, he is opening himself to say yes instead of no.
Wolfes new show is expected totell more engaging stories and show amazing finds.
And so I was like, Hell yeah, lets do this!
However, he is not ruling this out.
Its been 20 years of my life,American Pickershas been, he said.
Thats why really its a celebration of me turning 60, and Im like, Im doing this.
