The Beatles are not The Avengers because they were made of real personalities that had their own complex backgrounds.

Even when the Fab Four aren’t at the top of their game, they’re still pretty watchable!

It is not yet clear how this stuff of legends will make its way to the screens.

Is it really necessary to add not just one, but four new films to the pile?

Why can’t the story of The Beatles just be told in a single film?

And that is the real fear, isn’t it?

That the movies about the Beatles won’t live up to the band’s legendary status.

The binge format might prove itself right for cinema, even when it comes to dramas about real people.

Perhaps the Beatles will make Sony and AMC Theaters a lot of cash, but will they be good?
