Spoiler Alert: The following list contains heavy spoilers for The Wheel of Time book series.

Members of the Black Ajah will often pick one of these ordinary seven while secretly serving the Shadow.

One notable difference is that they are allowed to lie, while regular Aes Sedai are not.

Ispan deserves more time to be fleshed out, but hasn’t really been given that chance yet.

Yet, Chesmal is one of them, and she’s not the only one, either.

Chesmal first reveals herself as a member of the Black Ajah shortly following Liandrin’s attack on the Hall.

The White is the smallest Ajahs, with its members focusing on philosophy, logic, and realism.

Jeaine is no exception and bears two Darkfriend Warders who follow her everywhere.

She is relatively friendly, but can be firm when it comes to doing what needs to be done.
