Nic remained remorseful, agreeing with Captain Jason that it was a bad decision.
“So I think we could probably put this to bed.”
Relieved, Nicolas assured Captain Jason, “This won’t happen again.
This isn’t a normal thing for me, and I’m very sorry,” he said.
Captain Jason replied, “Sounds like you learned a lesson already.”
“It’s a big weight off the shoulders,” he said.
“Thanks Jason.”
Captain Jason sent the deckhand back to work.

Of course,Nicolas got the disco ball helmet after the tip meeting.
“He didn’t know the boundaries, buthe came to me straight away and told me.

The pair initially connected in the crew mess.

I often say thank God for feminism because then they ask me out a couple of times.”
So not only did Nicolas avoid getting fired,he just started a boatmance!
