Currey preys on gay men, forcing his lovers to inject themselves with narcotics, causing them to overdose.
That means Currey currently holds material to blackmail or threaten D.A.

Zorillo is arrested, but then the case gets tossed to the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).
Chief Hughes (Sophia Brown) orchestrated the act to publicly humiliate D.A.
Chandler and demonstrate a divide between the LAPD and the D.A.
The fate of Zorillo is hastily tossed away and left ambiguous.
The whole issue of Zorillo’s cartel remains painfully unresolved.
The reveal of Zorrillo as the true culprit and his cartel overlords was quite ominous and suspenseful.

Yet, was justice truly served for the late Detective Robertson?
I don’t think so.
A stronger resolution to Maddie Bosch’s (Madison Lintz) overall storyline was necessary.
Maddie is one ofthe show’s most important characters, andher character deserved a better sendoff.
Since the shows are connected,the potential exists for actors to reprise their roles.
Also, what about some moreBosch?
Welliver himself, while speaking toCollider, sounded very open to returning to the role for a potentialBoschmovie.
The actor informed Collider, “Yeah, I think anythings possible.
It’s not unprecedented for Amazon MGM Studios to producea movie follow-up to a hit Prime Video series.
For example,a newJack Ryanfilmis currently in production.
Perhaps, Bosch could spearhead a taskforce or operation against Zorrillo’s cartel.
Now, it could be realized as a movie event withWelliver’s version of the character!
I think all Bosch fans would agree they want more Bosch.
We all agree with Titus Welliver that we want more Harry Bosch!
What the future holds forBoschremains to be seen.
However,Ballarddebuts on Prime Video later this year.
